OFRA Covent Garden Highlighter 2900 for 035 oz is a bright light pink with strong warm undertones and a high-shine metallic finish. While it was a more intense highlighter it was smoothing rather than emphasizing--the shimmer was very finely-milled and definitely yielded a glow on my skin when applied and blended out. It had opaque pigmentation with a luminous sheen--it was far more subtle than I expected compared to past experiences with the brands highlighters.
